Pet VaccinationsList Item 4
Many of the diseases we vaccinate your pet against do not have a specific cure. This means that in many cases, should a pet become infected, our veterinary team's only option is a supportive treatment plan. However, shoudl your pet be vaccinated, the likehiood of the disease occuring is remarkably reduced.

Pet Passport
We can provide you wiht a passport once they have fulfilled all the required criteria for one to be processed.
- They must be microchipped
- Rabies vaccination after the microchip is inserted
- Must be over 12 weeks for rabies vaccination

Dental Care
A lot of dogs and cats that are over 4 years have detail disease. Check your pet's teeth regularly. If your pet has a problem we have an ultrasonic descaler for cleaning your pet's teeth and we can perform any extractions that may be necessary.

End of Life Care
Unfortunately, not every pet passes away in their sleep and you, as their owner, may have to make the difficult decision to 'put them to sleep' (euthanasia). We will help you with any questions you may have and hope to give you as much information as possible. We are truly aware of how painful this decision is.
24/7 Emergency Service
Whatever the issue we are here for you in an emergency. At Gallagher Vets we know that animals can get sick or injured at anytime of the night or day, so we offer an emergency service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.
This emergency service extends to both small and large animals to please call us when you need us most.
